1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Pablo Cro LLC ("MEMELinked," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use MEMELinked websites, installed mobile applications, social features, developer surfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Site Dominion LLC provides development and operational support for portions of the Services.

Public blockchain activity is not controlled by MEMELinked. Transactions and wallet addresses recorded on a public blockchain may remain publicly available even after you close your MEMELinked account.

2. Information we collect

• Account and identity data: email address, username, profile name, authentication-provider identifiers, linked wallet addresses, account settings, and session-security records.
• Content and social data: posts, comments, reactions, follows, community memberships, messages, media, reports, appeals, blocks, and other material you submit.
• Device and usage data: device and browser type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics, interaction events, and security logs.
• Wallet and transaction data: public wallet addresses, chain and transaction identifiers, signed authorization messages, and transaction status. We do not need your wallet seed phrase or private key.
• Commercial data: plan, entitlement, purchase, credit, payout, and referral records. Payment processors may collect payment-card or bank information under their own privacy policies; MEMELinked receives transaction references and status rather than full payment credentials.
• Support data: correspondence and any information you choose to provide when requesting support or exercising a privacy right.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, synchronize, and maintain the Services across devices.
• Authenticate users, bind authorized devices, prevent replay, and protect accounts and infrastructure.
• Deliver social, community, messaging, creator, wallet, analytics, and commerce functionality.
• Moderate user-generated content, enforce policies, respond to reports and appeals, and reduce fraud or abuse.
• Process transactions, administer plans and entitlements, and maintain accounting and audit records.
• Diagnose failures, measure performance, improve accessibility and product quality, and develop new features.
• Send transactional notices and, where permitted and chosen by you, promotional communications.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect the rights and safety of users, MEMELinked, and others.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information in these circumstances:

• At your direction or publicly: information you post publicly, your public profile, and public wallet or transaction data may be visible to anyone.
• Service providers: vendors that provide hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, communications, authentication, analytics, moderation, customer support, payments, and security, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
• Legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate abuse, enforce terms, or protect people, property, and the Services.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law defines targeted advertising or certain analytics disclosures as a sale or sharing, you may have the right to opt out.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or audit obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Deletion requests move through a recorded request and processing workflow; a request receipt does not represent that every record has already been erased. We may retain limited records where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and abuse.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may update available profile and privacy controls in Settings. The installed mobile app provides an authenticated account deletion request in Settings. If you cannot access your account, use the public MEMELinked account-deletion page or contact us using the address below.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits, subject to verification.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, scoped credentials, session revocation, access controls, and security monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never share a seed phrase, private key, password, or one-time authentication code with anyone claiming to represent MEMELinked.

8. International use

MEMELinked and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Local privacy rights may vary.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Higher minimum ages may apply in some jurisdictions. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Third-party services and blockchains

The Services may link to third-party applications, wallets, decentralized protocols, exchanges, or websites. Their practices are governed by their own terms and policies. Public blockchains are distributed systems; neither MEMELinked nor another single party can generally edit or delete confirmed blockchain records.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services, law, or our practices change. We will post the updated policy here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
